Construct Executive Search (CES) was founded with a clear vision to connect exceptional talent with organizations poised for growth and impact. What began over a decade ago (10 years ago) in the heart of Sandton, Johannesburg, without a track record or an established name, has since evolved into one of South Africa’s most respected and trusted recruitment agencies.
From humble beginnings, in an apartment office in Johannesburg, Construct Executive Search (CES) was built from the ground up by its founder, who was the sole employee at the time. With determination, vision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, CES grew from a one-person startup into a respected recruitment agency serving clients across Southern Africa. Our journey has been defined by a relentless commitment to excellence, authentic client relationships, and a passion for matching the right people with the right opportunities. There were no shortcuts, no guarantees, just an unwavering belief in our mission and the drive to make a meaningful mark in the recruitment industry.
We still remember those early days: working through the December holidays, chasing leads, and holding onto the hope that one response could change everything. That pivotal moment came when one of South Africa’s top five construction firms believed in the founder and her vision, leading to our first successful placement and laying the foundation for what CES would become.
Since then, the journey has been both challenging and rewarding, like every business marked by milestones, growth, and the unwavering support of our people, clients, and values. Today, Construct Executive Search is a proudly female-owned and female-led organisation, headquartered in Johannesburg, with a presence in Cape Town and a growing footprint in Lusaka, Zambia. We proudly serve clients across Southern Africa, delivering recruitment solutions that are strategic, ethical, and impactful.

Mrs Kabwe Mulolo (ISPr)
A born Entrepreneur and business owner managing a professional services company in a sector that is male dominated and very competitive, Kabwe Mulolo is the founder and owner of Construct Executive Search commonly known as CES, a niche executive search agency with a global presence. From inception, her aim has always been to challenge the status quo by offering a specialized service offering that provides solutions to a specific market segment, CES currently has a National and African presence in two countries i.e. its head office in South Africa and Lusaka, Zambia. She is a Pan African multi-Award winner and a fellow on various programmes such as EY Winning women, P&G WEConnect, SEDA, Lionesses of Africa digital accelerator and recently was nominated as a Business Mentor for Allan Gray Orbis Foundation where she is sharing her life experience and shaping the future of Southern Africa that will have a lasting impact on the socio-economic future of our country.
