Prior to joining CES, she worked in various sectors although her focus has always been Business Development and Marketing. She strives for and love what she does and she is very content with her work. Her expertise is Marketing and Business Development, nothing gives her more pleasure than to help a business grow and make it a success.
What excites you about your job? “What excites me about working for a recruitment company, and not just any recruitment company. At CES, we work with Executives in the construction & Engineering industry and we Specialise in two fields, she has the opportunity to work with International Companies and the renowned South African companies.

What excites you about recruitment?“The people along with their funny and serious stories they tell, the ups and downs of everyday recruitment. There is nothing is more exciting then working with different people with different ideas.”

What excites you about your job?What excites him about his Job is the fact that he has the opportunity to work and speak to intellectuals with his different kinds of personalities and to learn more about their profession and that has helped him a lot as a recruiter to understand each candidates needs and match them to a specific vacancy hence making both the client and candidate happy.

Coming from a construction and Quantity surveying background she has acquired vast knowledge of the Construction Industry through her years of studying and working on construction sites. She has managed to acquire skills in pricing of Bills of Quantities and measuring drawings and on site. With that in mind, being a Recruiter has tremendously exerted a good feeling as she is able to make a difference in people’s lives when she successfully place them.
What excites you about recruitment?Interacting with different people that come from different backgrounds. Sourcing and screening of Candidates. Interviewing people face to face and making a difference in their lives by offering them better opportunities.
Knowledge and expertise?With her previous work experience she has had the opportunity to gain people skills and become more confident. A Researcher role has helped her to gain strong management and organisation skills. To be a good researcher it is important for her to know how to communicate and to have confidence!
What exits you about recruitment/ researcher? As a researcher she works on behalf of the company to identify qualified people who have both the required skills and the right attitude for the job.
To find that perfect candidate is challenging. As soon as she identifies the perfect candidate the next big step is to connect with a candidate, the joy and happiness derived from identifying a good candidate truly excites her.
