RETAINER EXECUTIVE SEARCH
Working on a retained basis means that we will charge an upfront fee (to the client) to conduct a search. We will operate on an exclusive basis, meaning the job will only be filled through our company. We will work very closely with you (client) and we will use an agreed methodology to find the best candidate for the job. The process is timeous within an agreed time frame, with a shortlist of candidates from three to six names that will then be presented before interviews commence.
CONTINGENCY EXECUTIVE SEARCH
Contingency recruitment refers to a type of recruitment in which we as an agent collects a standard fee from you (clients) only when a qualified candidate is searched and placed for the position in question. CES has a sliding fee contingency fee that is linked to the pay grade of a candidate and the fee is only payable on the commencement date of the candidate.
ADVERT RESPONSE HANDLING
We offer Ad Response handling to enable our clients to focus on their core business activities.
